Protecting Our Clients

SECTION ONE.

PURPOSE

A. To remain competitive, better serve our customers and provide our employees with the best tools to do their jobs, Build Page Rank makes available to our workforce to our clients information like their website, email and contact information.

B. Build Page Rank encourages the use of this information to better server our clients and provide them with the best possible services for the purposes of increasing page rank in the search engines.

C. Each employee is bound by contract to not sell or misuse the information provided in anyway. Build Page Rank will not submit your information to any sources without the clients approval for such things as posting to directories, submitting to article directories and or press release. The client may choose to use an alias to conceal their identity and these arrangements can be made before any services start.

D. Improving Search Engine Ranking requires putting clients sites out there on the world wide web and providing search engines with proper information to help our clients gain higher positions on the web. Build Page Rank will cover ways to protect you from Spam and from others misusing clients information but nothing is full proof. Bottom line we do our best but if this is too much of a concern we suggest not running an online business.

SECTION TWO.

BUILD PAGE RANK CONTENT

Our services are laid out throughout our site and the temptations from site scrapers are to use our information to better enhance their sites. All content on Build Page Rank (www.buildpr.com) is our own original content and unless the content is served via xml/rss it is not to be used without our permission or be in violation of copyright laws.

We ask that those who feel copying content to enhance their own sites understand it only counts again you in the SE’s and is not helpful to anybody. We work hard and research constantly to provide our clients with the latest and best information we can and kindly ask that this be respected.

PAID SERVICES

Any services provided by Build Page Rank is done so under our Corporate Identity of Internetzone I, Inc. We have been in service since 1999 and have worked diligently to provide the best services we can. You can look us up at the Better Business Bureau to see our reputation over these past several years.

We reserve the right to refuse work to companies we feel are not appropriate for our business. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds for services rendered. Any service we provide that is paid for is considered pay for time and effort and does not lead to any type of refund.

We go above and beyond to server our customers and want to continue this way so we ask that only serious business owners sign up for our services and read carefully the services offered and note that we do not guarantee any rankings or positions on the web but do guarantee we follow the SEO guidelines as best we can and provide you with the services we are paid for.

SECTION FOUR.

SERVICE CONTRACTS

Any service Build Page Rank provides that is month to month will be set up on an automated billing cycle and client has the right to cancel anytime within reason. We ask that you give us at least 7 days notice to cancel a service provided and again reiterate that we do not provide refunds. If you cancel your service less then 7 days notice then we will charge you for one more months service and provide you with the services promised. There is no pro-rated or refunds.

SECTION FOUR.

PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE

Our team of developers create software programs that benefit our clients and make running their online business a much smoother process. Any purchase of our software is proprietary and owned by Internetzone I, Inc and can not be resold without our said permissions or used on sites that we have not approved.

Any violation of our software can be punishable by law and unauthorized users will be fined $400.00 per day for this violation.

MISCELANEOUS

Build Page Rank strives to provide excellent service and in order for our clients to benefit from our services, coding and software we ask that our services be respected as we all know if everyone uses our techniques then the effectiveness is minimized.
